It is said that green is good for eyesight and improving your vision. There is that soothing feeling when you enjoy the scenery of green trees and leaves. There is that relaxation of the eyes and the soul when you turn your eyes on the creative nature.
Somehow it also does the effect of slowing you down from a running rat race to a walking pace and stroll along the park or garden or beach. Till you can feel and hear the heartbeat and join in the counting. By then you can sit and be still and enjoy even more.
By now you can experience the invisible. The cooling wind and beach breeze. The coolness on your face. You can fascinate over the swaying branches and leaves of palm or coconut trees. You can catch the sight of rare flights of birds or the hard work of sand castle builders or the sweeping sound of the lapping waves on the coastal beach.
As you stroll along you may gain insight to your problem which you initially set aside to go for the walk. As you ponder over the happenings at the beach or park, they seem to shed some light to the darkening happenings back home or office. At the end of the little short excursion, you may discover or receive great big ideas for the issues you had.
How much more good and gain and better still to venture out into your last minute vacation plan and source out the destination you had wanted to go all along but kept procrastinating? Now is the best time and moment to do it to gain even more insights and ideas and innovations for the long term.
All these started when you took time to see green. All these can take its course as you make time - decisive time - to go for that walk; to go for that long awaited and deserving last minute vacation and reach for that destination location while you can now. If you don't MAKE TIME, you live life LIKE A MIME.
